Vendor fee for our fundraiser is $100 and includes (1) 8 ft. table, two chairs, tablecloth (mandatory $20.00 fee for tablecloth is charged by the venue and is included in vendor fee), business card ad in Commemorative Event Coloring Book Program and a slide in the PowerPoint presentation.  Vendors can bring (1) helper.  Vendors will also receive (1) COMPLIMENTARY ticket to the event to share with family and friends.   IMPORTANT - You are required to upload your business card or an image when you fill you the form.  IF Y0U HAVE NOTHING TO UPLOAD, PLEASE CALL CISSI SHERLOCK AT 317-317-605-8584

 

Once your form is submitted, you will receive a phone call to discuss your product or service and your overall setup.  Our goal is to insure vendor exclusivity and quality in products and services.  You will then receive instructions to proceed with payment.  You will be emailed an exclusive link to render payment of your vendor fee..
